Had to rebook driver to collect which meant using the truly awful online service "the bot" and when I finally managed to chat with a person, they couldn't rearrange collection quickly. All in all an long delay between the trade and the parcels arriving at the warehouse to be processed. At which point, the trade less than halved in value as so many items were "not received" or "not accepted." Unlike other companies, no promo code.... All in all v. disappointing... Won't be rushing to use again.

We are getting sick and tired of the promises made by your carrier DPD, Your business is only as good as the partners you choose, It matters not how your goods are priced if they are sat around for days, I have never heard so many excuses as we get from DPD, Michael bamford

The prices offered for items are ridiculously low so as to not make it worth the while, and on more than one occasion I've received no payment for items ostensibly not received when i know for certain that they were sent.

No courier pick up AGAIN another waste of my time, then you can't book for the next day recollection. Poor prices offered on some items then items rejected

So disappointed. Sorted out a relatively small trade (but lots of items - they don't give you much) worth just over £16. At the same time arranged to sell a boxed, mint condition PS3 and 8 games to another company for just over £60. Unfortunately, my husband packed the two trades together and sent both to Ziffit. When I enquired about what might be done as soon as we realised, they said they would look into it. Almost two weeks later they responded saying that they could not return anything and could not accept items they had not agreed to trade. In their Ts&Cs apparently, so why they couldn't tell me immediately I have no idea.They said they would 'dispose of the items responsibly'. I assume sell them as we had intended. The following day I had a message to say that their warehouse staff had not found the PS3 and games in the package. A lie. I am left feeling fobbed off, lied to and cheated as well as gutted to have lost out on £60. It was our mistake, but they have behaved very poorly, in my opinion. I will not be trading with them again.

Took 3 weeks and I had to contact them in order to acknowledge me. Items rejected when they were A1 quality. Will NOT be using again and I do not recommend them.

Placed order. When submitted it the value halved to what originally stated so thought it was just an error on computer so still sent parcel. Parcel was collected, over two weeks ago. Haven't heard from them, don't know it they received my parcel. nothing, no updates or anything and no money. Total con if you ask me. Would not use again. Sent 3 boxes with music Magpie and was paid within 5 days and had emails on progress from when the parcels were picked up to when paid. USE MUSIC MAGPIE not this bunch if cowboys. Hope you enjoy my free box of DVDs........

Sent 7 books Status on payout stated only 3 received. Therefore payment was reduced. Better giving to charity shop

I was inquiring with this site for a book that I know holds high value but Ziffit only offered me $0.47. Please do not use this site without researching the value of your books independently prior or you will likely lose a lot of money.

dpd sent number of emails with estimated collection times/dates which did not materalise we checked their website which said they had actually collected parcel we wasted a lot of time staying at home waiting for dpd contacted ziffit who rearranged the pickup we then found ziffit account showed 4 books as not received - finally got it sorted although the issue of books not received happened on e in 2022 and twice in 2023 from the start of the trade to eventual receipt of money was far to long

Waste of time and effort .unable to use 20 percent bonus due to a technicality. not collected ,though they said they turned up robot answer machine joke. Would not use again. Cancelled trade in the end

After spending ages scanning and packaging up my books, I then waited at home for a courier that did not arrive. Impossible to contact either DPD or Ziffit other than by email. Considering the very low prices they offer, this whole exercise has been a monumental waste of my time. I’ll give the books to a charity shop instead. Many of the reviews I’ve read say that even when they do collect your books, they then reject many of them because THEY deem them to not be in good enough condition. Be warned!

2nd time used your service First time you had it received one book? It was in the box Second time I sent DVD and two item weren’t received Both box sets ????? Very strange I packed them and all items were sent I would not be using them again. Once bitten twice shy 🙈
