failed collection on agreed day . Next time driver ran out of labels. Third time he said parcel was not there when it was . Still waiting for one box to be collected !! Ziffit let down by DPD

Didn’t collect on day agreed . Said we weren’t in but we were! On second attempt only took one of two boxes .Driver said he’d come back as run out of labels . Still waiting for second box to be collected .

AGAIN said item not received AGAIN whole boxfull of books and CDs not recognised AGAIN some items only offered .08p for GOOD quality items.

Accepted most of what I sent, with the exception of some tatty books - fair enough. On the other hand - far too many books are rejected at the scanning stage. I sent perhaps 10% of the books available. So if you get the impression from Ziffit that "we will take all your books and then send you money" - think again!

It’s taking too long to check items once you have received them. Basically you have accused me of not sending items either in the box or in their cases. I won’t be using Ziffit again

Prices too low, rejected too many dvd's, some I could have sold on ebay for a lot more. Ziffit is so picky. We should have the option to get dvd's back from them if they reject them, our shipping cost of course.

I had one item rejected (no explanation) and anothertwo where Ziffit claimed they were not received. I know that all my books were in good condition and that all were in the package. This does not inspire confidence

You booked for 3 boxes to be collected, but i 4. It Caused so much trouble mainly the fact that I couldn't discuss this with you as the contract lines are still closed.....I'm sure that you will blame covid but that's not an excuse.

I sent my items to you via In Post a week ago but I've heard nothing. The Ziffit App suggests you haven't received my items yet but In Post never send me a confirmation email so I've no way of tracking whether my parcel has arrived or not. It is all extremely frustrating. I have had this same experience before and it was weeks before it got sorted so I was reluctant to use Ziffit again. I'm very much regretting my decision to give it another go!!!

very low prices; could not complete trade on app so had to enter ISBNs manually on pc; too many items rejected for spurious reasons. Will try We buy books next time.

Unfortunately my parcel has still not been collected because for some reason Ziffit used the wrong postcode. Consequently the DPD driver went to the wrong address i.e. the one provided by Ziffit, rather than my address. I have contacted Ziffit to ask them to rearrange my pickup but so far I have received no reply and my parcel still awaits collection.

Ziffit were fine but InBox has put me right off. Lugged a heavy box for the 20 minute walk to the nearest, four days running. Locker full up each time. Finally dropped box off in nearest charity shop. Never had a problem when you sent out a label for a courier service. Maybe think of your older, disabled, non driving customers.

I was disappointed about how few of my books Ziffit wanted. It was a struggle to get enough to do a trade. However the collection went exactly to plan.

I’m still waiting for pick up which was booked for 21st and DPD changed it till next week 28 th . This has happened numerous times before too . There seems to be issues with communication between courier and Ziffit.

I use have started using ziffit as I would get better prices than another two similar company's ,but I have not been ket up to date and awaiting si parcels to be processed and some are from over a week ago slow payment sorry,if I ever get paid .I may just go back to the last buyer were I won't get as much put get paid within five days.💤😴

Dealing with Ziffit was no problem but dealing with In Post was not as good. Once parcel had been deposited in locker & text message received, I could not use tracking system as it would not work with my parcel. Unhappy about that.

Well the process seemed simple enough but four days later and I don’t know where my parcel has gone and no payment. Very disappointing

Ziffit website is easy to use however, dealing with DPD at present is frustrating to say the least. First pickup guy didn't even knock at my front door, but insisted that nothing was to be picked up. I had two trades waiting to be collected. I had to wait a week for the next pick up only to be told by the driver that he had just started & had no labels, so refused to pick up. "They'll be picked up tomorrow" he said without asking me whether I would be home. This is NOT customer service!
