“There was an initial problem as the pick up driver was given the wrong postcode. Once it was sorted out, my parcel was picked up promptly and payment followed within two days. Very good service. I will undoubtedly use Ziffit again.”

“Easy process. dropped off packages at local FEDEX drop place. A little slow with getting the books but review and payment were as advertised (3-5 days for review, 2-3 days for payment) wish the payments for books were a little higher but then Ziffit does pay the shipping costs.”

“Would have been 5 stars, but original collection driver didn't turn up when stated & said we didn't leave parcel out! Otherwise a fabulous way to raise funds for Charity.”

“ziffit easy to use and problem free, prompt service. However their delivery service provider DPD is unreliable and sadly collection by then appears to be the only way to get items to Ziffit. Would prefer the option of dropping of at a parcel shop”

“Straightforward using the Ziffit App, though lots had to be manually keyed in. So many not accepted thus they went to charity shops. The worst thing is the low prices given. Two books I had purchased from WOB, which were in an appalling condition, for which I'd been charged about £4 each, were Rejected at the Processing stage. Different rules. DPD collected as arranged, payment was reasonably fast. I can't say Ziffit made me happy, but at least there was a tiny return on my book clearance.”

“Usually very good. When you trade, they give you a price without specifying the condition. I try an weed out any poor ones before sending. Any that do slip through and are rejected, they usually give an explanation, e.g. bent cover, or underlining. However, they must be overwhelmed with books at the moment; the last trade I sent on 11th April, Trade 7427743, only half of the books were accepted, the others were marked as "not received"”

“Always very straightforward and easy to process each item but a shame that some of your items aren’t worth much even when brand new. Overall service is great and I like having the option to drop off or have my items picked up.”

“The process is very simple and efficient - scanning, posting, payment done in about a week. Because it was a big box of books, a courier collected, which was great. My main issue is if I have a small box to sell then ziffit only offers the option of dropping them at in-post lockers - and the ones near me are always full. I wish the option of taking the box to a local store was still available.”
