“Always good collections. And inPost for smaller drop-offs works well. No problems except it's a bit annoying to be offered 8p as a base offer. I think you should make, say, 20p the lowest. Also, when my computer updates, the offer is lost so I put things back in and often the price has reduced or is rejected. Maybe that's my problem with my computer. But generally fair and reasonable and prompt payments. A good, honest company, I feel, And of course, you don't have to accept the offer. Will continue to use when clearing out.”

“Payments are speedy (tend to come in bunches) App does NOT speak to the website. I use the app to find a possible price and then have to key it in to the webform.”

“I did not originally receive the funds I was quoted but after calling them they gave me the full amount as originally quoted. Most of my books were like new condition and I should not have had to call to have this corrected. I also had to call for the same thing the last time I submitted an order, and it was rectified.”

“I had a few issues with this trade as the courier did not come to collect by boxes after about 3 attempts... customer service was good with quick replies and relevant information. My biggest frustration is that I wasn't able to keep waiting for the courier to come and collect the boxes as I'm moving house and there was no ability to change the sending method which meant I had to cancel my original trade and restart a new trade. I feel there should be something that allows the sending method to change, especially if the original method has failed through no fault of my own”

“Dealing with Ziffit was easy and quick. There were some problems with the parcel pick up though which downgraded the score to 4. Payment was quick too once the goods had been examined.”

“Simple procedures. Inpost collection very convenient for me. A pity that so many good books (about 90%)were rejected before reaching the £5 minimum trade value.”

“App works well for scanning and speeds up the process considerably compared to having to type in the ISBN numbers. Package was picked up at the specified time and payment made in a reasonable time. Trade prices are often low for good quality books but better than throwing them away and you can trade by monetary value or number of books so it is more likely that you will be able to get a trade.”

“Ziffit has been a great way to raise some funds for my charity - easy to scan, pack and send off, and funds come through quickly. Shame that some are rejected but I keep them for a book stall.”

“We sell unsold books from our charity Whilst they don't take everything it is a useful way of getting rid of unwanted stock Since they have started using the inpost system the carrier part of the system is vastly improved”

“I really like ziffit, they give a fair price and it’s much better to have the option of a minimum of £5 OR 10 items. Other companies don’t offer this. The only problem is using Inpost, it’s proving impossible to get to the lockers when a large locker is available for my box of books. So I won’t be using that option in the future.”
