The site is easy to use & lower qualifying make a sale more likely. Not happy that only 1 method of delivery available as it is not convenient for my location.

I use Ziffit to sell donated books from a volunteer library and they are excellent in all respects. Don’t really understand their pricing structure but it is a significant income for the library. However, I sent them about 20 OS maps which I personally owned and they said that they were not valid for sale. I asked them to return them but it was extremely difficult to arrange to get them back so I lost them with no payment. Ho hum!

A good clean system, however I had six further items that needed to go in a separate box and I could not get the app to let me arrange collection for them at the same time as the larger box, it would only let me deliver them , so I cleared the basket which was disappointing.

There was a problem with a parcel but it was efficiently resolved and I was paid as usual

Had difficulty in getting enough books together as you rejected so many and some of the prices were very low. Pick up was excellent & easy to organise.

The collection was great, and payment relatively prompt. However, all my books are good as new, and it irks me slightly that Ziffit paid me the same as someone who had sent items that had been dog-eared', bent, clearly used or in otherwise less than perfect condition. Some sort of sliding scale would be nice and greatly appreciated, particularly as they are going to make a massive profit on the re-sale of my items.

Always prompt to pick parcel up, let's you know the date and time they collect and all free. Payment made a few days later but think there should be details how they sell/use/dispose of items they say they can't accept. And a higher amount for the good quality items would be nice

To start trade was good, driver picked up box and then when on to processing in warehouse a few days later, but then took longer than my previous trades, was still waiting a week or so later so contacted Ziffit and after contact it went into processing a day later so it could have been missed and then 2 days after that went into paid then took 3 days to go into my account. Overall pervious 2 trades was dealt within a week, took over 3 weeks which is still for me. I beat if I hadn't contact them would probably still stook in the warehouse.

Very nice service quick and easy to use the app. Only thing dissatisfied with is I know all the books were in the boxes I've sent in but you always seem to say I missed a book or two when I triple check the boxes for every book. So I don't get my full amount of money.

Bit dismayed that one book was rejected by Ziffit on arrival as 'Spine missing or damaged'. I'd love to see the book again as I bought it and read it without noticing any damage. Used InPost this time and although dropped off ok within a day it showed 'tracking id not recognised', however item did arrive OK.

Used Ziffit many times and overall really happy with the service and results. Free collection of items, fairly fast turn around from them receiving the items through to payment and kept up to date via emails. I was however slightly confused that a couple of my cd’s were not accepted as they were ‘not original discs’ when I know for a fact that they were brand new , unplayed cd’s and we’re certainly the original discs. Very odd. But will still use Ziffit again as it’s a good way to move on unwanted items.

More titles and cds are rejected than accepted to buy (alas, market place!) but other than that, the system works very well.

Ziffit provides an easy way to trade in books with their barcode scanner on the mobile app. Their selling process is easy and quick. My first stop for trading in books.

Despite recent issues with DPD drivers, Ziffit is still the best way to recycle books, CDs & DVDs. Best prices and quick payment help our charity shop greatly. Thanks!
