Usually good service. Recently had books rejected for not being up to standard when I know they were immaculate / as new. Also being told that certain books were not included in the sent parcel, when I know they were. I know I ticked that I agreed to the t&cs, but it is annoying.

Not happy that I was told nine books were not in one packaged another two packages had two missing they were definately in the boxes was told they must have been lost in transit does that mean the boxes were opened up and books taken.

Sometimes it works well, but it’s just a lottery – too often many are marked as rejected, but above all as not received when they were sent in the same box.

Frustrating to be forced to have a pick-up rather than take to a drop off myself, but the driver was prompt. A few books declined for water damage, two cds damaged, three cds 'not included': no books had been near water; I tested and cleaned all the cds; I checked them off the list as I packed them....... someone's pocketing items instead of paying us the derisory amounts Ziffit offer. Really poor.

I find it hard to trade, as you need so many items to enable a collection, unfortunately music magpie make it much easier

below the usual standard of service - DPD didn't pick up twice, I'd stayed in on purpose, then Ziffit told me they could not override the system to make another arrangement - I had said I'd take the box to a drop-off point, but they said that's not possible as it was on the system as courier collection. If the system fails, it's ridiculous that nothing else can be done, just repeating what didn't work.

System good but DPD collection of boxes very unreliable but for some reason you have to send larger orders using DPD. To send smaller orders you can use InPost, which is great.

Parcel picked up on time, shipment accepted but almost 2 weeks later have still not received my cheque yet!

Sending items off by the In Post service was easy, although all the lockers were full the first time tried to drop off so I had to make the trip twice. So not always as convenient as Ziffit seem to think. It seemed to take ages for my items to get there, over a week, that was a bit annoying. Prices offered by Ziffit much lower than implied on TV advertising, around 30 to 50p per item. At these prices, I struggled to make the minimum £5 or 10 item requirement. Once there the item i had the best price for was rejected because it didn't have the outer cardboard cover of the DVD, the one that goes over the jewel case. Although Ziffit states in it's Ts and Cs that this is a condition of sale, I had forgotten it had a cardboard cover originally and otherwise the DVD in perfect condition, only watched once. So I think they could make some allowance for this, surely it could still be sold on. I have some DVDs that are still in their original shrink wrap, never even opened but Ziffit offer you no more for these and don't even seem to differentiate between new and used. Again, this is annoying. Will consider donating items to local charity shop instead in future as this may make me feel better then paltry recompense offered by Ziffit.

Easy carriage service to send books in, and Ziffit is good at informing you about receipt and payment, but main drawbacks are: how little is given for each book, how many are not accepted at all - making it quite a job to amass a package sufficient to send in (either 10 books or £5 worth - my batch of ten books came to less than £5).

Very disappointed this time with the offered price (£2.08 for 10 items) but I need to get rid of them. Everything else same as usual.

Asking for a review on a trade I haven't been paid for is bit premature and presumptuous. Get your act together.

After creating a trade, I found that one of the games I had included didnt have the disc with it. I wanted to amend the trade (to remove this item) and proceed. Frustrating process that I had to first 'cancel' the trade, but had to wait until the next day for it to be cancelled by customer services; and then when I re-created a new trade using same items (except the removed one), I found two of items were no longer being 'accepted' so had insufficient value for a trade. Be better if I could have amended it and ben able to re-submit.

Reasonable prices given for CDs but if using the website it is VERY inconvenient now having to finish your sale in one go as it doesnt retain your list like it used to

Generally good service, fair pricing and good options for sending items. However, can't leave 5 stars as some items were deducted as 'not received' when I know they were included in the box. Not the first time this has happened so must be a problem with their checking process.

I was selling, not buying. The website is easy to use and good for clearing out the books of someone who has always been addicted to collecting them. However, I have been concerned lately how every parcel I send has either had at least one book rejected, or more recently 'not received', even though \I know all the books were there. Prompt payment when books have been checked though.

I like this service but occasionally the trades are refused - last time I had a hardback with torn jacket refused, book was perfectly good underneath and I had certainly bought books from you in worse condition than the one I sent. Also how about offering a slightly higher trade value if customers opt for a credit note type arrangement against WoB website purchases?

Brilliant service with only a handful of items classed as damaged. Probably because I let them slip through by mistake. Over 500 items sent and only around 8 rejected. Only downside is using DPD to collect the goods. They will not pick up from the flat. I have to flag the driver down, which they don't like. Would have got 5 stars but let down badly by DPD.

Unfortunately one of two boxes seemed to go missing so I was told stuff not received but then they said found but still awaiting money. Think I’ll stick to one box as usually fine .

Prices offered are pretty low but better reusing than sending for pulping. Collection service from door is good. Email updates about date package received, items approved, confirmation of payment into bank are absent which means the process is vague and uncertain. At least they offer payment into a bank account rather than using stupid e-vouchers that only teenagers understand. Yet to see the money in the account though.
