Had to chase up package,took quite a time to process once received by company.Some prices paid surprisingly low.Sent this survey before package had even been dealt with,strange!

Not a bad experience, but sometimes Ziffit will accept your books, take your books away, but afterwards tell you some books are "expired" but won't return you those books :(

Usually great but today when I tried to complete my trade several items that had been accepted were removed - all with a trade price of 10p. Added more items and the same thing happened. Why offer a price then refuse the item five minutes later? Hopefully this is a temporary glitch

Ziffit is so easy to use, generally. The phone app is great, when it works, though it did shut down on my phone, prior to completing a sale. Having been offered a £5 bonus on a £10 sale, it would have been good. Because I couldn't use the phone app, and it took a few days for you to get back to me, I lost not only the bonus, but several books that you no longer wanted. Went ahead with the lesser sale, but I was disappointed. Still, that's a first, after several sales with you, so I will keep at it! ;)

I expect some items not to be accepted, but I don't understand how a book goes missing out of the box - especially when the box was chosen for the book size, and it was put in first!! On the whole I'm generally happy with the site, but it's the little niggles that make you think twice.

This was my 10th trade which shows I was satisfied with the system (I'd had one book rejected due to quality ... okay, I judged it incorrectly) ... until this time: 3 CDs were included - all pristine having been purchased from a reputable online retailer only 2 years ago - on the grounds that they were "Not original disc". In fact, all three were "manufactured by Presto Music under license from the original record label." and hence legitimate products. This demonstrates that Ziffit is not perfect and the trader does risk being cheated, albeit innocently, because the staff make mistakes - Ziffit's decision is final so the trader loses money. Payment for items accepted is swift but such mistakes by Ziffit make me doubt I'll use them again.

No money yet received! Ended up having to trade in two parts when having scanned every thing the app said “something went wrong” and wouldn’t work. Later I was offered different options for each trade so could leave one box in lock up but had to take other box to collect+…disappointing given many previous successful trades. Prices not as good as the years pass either

good to get rid of books, though shame you're so fussy. However you offered us 15% extra, but when we asked for it - there was an excuse and we didn't get it.

Once you've managed to complete a trade all is good! I've used both courier service for parcel collection and Collect Plus to drop off my parcel and both methods have been efficient and without issues. Money is paid into my PayPal account quickly once parcels have been received by Ziffit. BUT I have deducted 2 stars because there are so many books, DVDs and CDs that are not accepted, it makes trying to complete a trade ridiculously difficult. Getting a trade to the required £5 or to 10 items is painful and saving a trade for later on the App is so complicated that I've never managed to do it. Saving a trade is easy to do when logged-in to Ziffit on a computer but then there's the issue that the App doesn't sync well, so you can't start scanning items with the App and move on to save the trade on a computer - at least, I've never been able to do it!

I have sold a number of books recently mainly the transaction has been good but recently I had an e mail to say that a couple of books I had said I'd sent weren't in the parcel. I always check the books a few times so I don't really understand that some were missing

My first trade was fine as you collected it when I explained I could not take it to shop as I am disabled. My second parcel has been refused collection as it is less than 9 kilos .Please refer to correspondence. You suggested I keep box until I can add enough .

Gave me the best prices for my books but gave me nothing for a CD after I posted it saying it did not contain the original discs which was not true but there was no way to question it or gave it returned so not impressed that I basically gave it away!

Great idea but the app frequently won't take more than 4 items and then kicks items out when you merge trades making it very difficult to meet minimum selling requirements. The explanations of dynamic pricing and only so many of a certain type/category of item in one trade aren't credible. If an item is accepted for one trade it shouldn't matter what other items are in the trade and dynamic pricing - well, it's just not credible that acceptability can very by the minute when, once a trade is completed, price holds for several days. However, would still use again as seem to pay better prices than some competitors but frustrating to have to do multiple trades and not just all in one.

Quick and easy service. Shame they don’t collect any more. Disappointed at how many books they claimed were damaged out of the last bundle of books sent. I never send anything I wouldn’t be happy to receive.

Good idea to sell books, but I received very low prices for a few good quality books. Margin between what I paid to buy used books and dvd's and what I got for selling used books & dvd's is quite a lot. Drop off with courier service was convenient and easy. Payment needs improvment: not quick or automatic as I received an email more than three weeks ago that my books were accepted but still no payment, so I will have to email them for it. Seems like this is hardly worth it for $5. Perhaps better to donate my books to Oxfam.
