Having used Ziffit a lot of times. I find it is a useful way of raising money for charity. However a lot of top quality books are simply not wanted and many only have a trivial offer price bearing in mind how much World of Books charge if you are buying! Collection works well if collected from your door but I have to travel too far to a collection point to make it viable.

Ok service. My only issue is that you give a price for the items on checkout and then when they’re sorted you sometimes get a different price. There is no explanation what has happened to the other items or why they were refused.

Iv always given a 5 before but now we have to use inpost im not very happy. I dont have a printer so cant print off a label and take it to the shop and my local in post lockers have been full since last Friday

Haven’t had any communication about my specific sale which is always how it has been. No idea what has happened to various sales previously!! All gets sent off to the ether. Pick ups have been not reliable but no response when complain. Good idea in theory but have been really let down in practice!

Accepting books for resale is helpful, but the inpost system was clunky and I didnt get my promised extra £5

Used to be a very good company to deal with but has gone seriously down hill recently. Books are being marked as not included in trades when they have been and this is happening far too often to be a one off. I am getting fed up of cantacting them to sort it out.

Ziffit is easy to use, with a quick turnaround that ensures they send you your payment usually within a week. Though it is a little mysterious how the books they reject are often the same ones they offered you the most for originally. Sometimes books you knew were in great condition get rejected.

App is really easy to use and payment is swift. Shame the option of donating to charity seems to have disappeared. However, it never fails to disappoint me how few items will be accepted - only at most about 20% of books I scan are ever accepted, and no DVDs. When they are accepted, it is for just a few pence, so I find the ziffit adverts REALLY disingenuous.

Why is it impossible to save a trade and then go back to it at a later time

We have taken the decision to remove the save trade feature on the Ziffit website. You can still use the save trade feature if you're using the App. You will be able to add saved baskets to current baskets. It just won’t be possible to create new saved baskets on the website. The reason behind this change is that we are unable to guarantee the same acceptance and prices after a couple of days. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Thanks, Ziffit

I'm slightly confused as to why Ziffit is asking me to leave a review at this moment. My boxes were collected on September 30th and when I checked my account earlier they were still showing as 'not received.' There was nothing to say if they were still in transit or whether they still haven't been checked. Clarification would be good. All I know is that I sent two boxes with a high cost (to me) value and I haven't a clue where they are.

Easy to send books in (used InPost drop-off facility), and payment is processed quite efficiently. And good to know that books are being re-used. Downside is how many books etc you have to send to reach the minimum £5/or number of items, especially as so many are rejected. Most frustrating thing is when a book is added to the total and then rejected when you try to finalise the trade, taking you below the minimum again. But will continue to use (if and when I accumulate enough acceptable books I want to recycle).

Twice , I have been informed that books have not been included in two batches sent off - Both books WERE included as I packed them up myself! Can you give me suggestions on how this can be avoided in future ?

Prices are not great but it makes selling old things you don't want very simple and easy. It would be so much better if the app was not so clunky. It would be so simple to be able to order items by price or alphabetical but instead seems to be random and even change. So many simple changes that would make a much better user experience. Ok if you are only selling a few things. Even making it transferable across devices would make a world of difference. Pickup by courier was very easy though for some reason I was not given the expected drop-off option that I would have preferred.

Well to be honest, using Ziffit really stressed me out. The scanner didn't always work and they refused an awful lot of stuff and only gave pennies for what they did take. Then two items were said to be not usable, so I didn't get all the money I was supposed to get.
