Usually a very good service but lots of collection problems with DPD meant I had to try three times before they collected my box. Also, an item listed as not included but am sure it was. As I say, usually faultless but some issues on this occasion.

Easy to send items, quick processing, but 3 items refused for damage. I was surprised as I know for sure one of the books had never been used. No choice but to take the reduced payment.

I love the concept and the comparative ease with which books may be sent to Ziffit - and free collection! However, I do sometimes wonder why books that I offer are not accepted and, yes, I have read the Ts & Cs. Unfortunately, on this occasion processing did seem to take somewhat longer than usual and I had to chase this up. The transfer into my bank account has now been completed and so, overall, I am happy. Better luck next time!

Easy to use app in the initial stages but despite email confirmation that my parcel was posted and also has been received, the app status has not moved on from ‘ trade created’. Hopefully this’ll update in the next couple of days !

Offers a fair price for CDs but annoying that you have to complete trade in one go on the internet, you cant leave it and come back to add more as they wipe it out!

Usually Ziffit are straightforward but should you hit a snag, it becomes very complicated. There seems to be multiple folk responding to queries. This means you get multiple responses all of which are different!! Parcels are want to stray and reference numbers are many making it difficult to find and track parcels. As long as all goes to plan, it’s really easy and a good price given!!

I am confused at why and how you accept books one day and then not the next day. Then when accepted, it is much cheaper!

I have been trading with ziffit for years, most prices offered are pretty low but are better than other traders and payments are usually quick but not over this christmas which is understandable. I have had quite a few problems over the years, it can take a few weeks to sell 10 books, they accept the first 4 then say they can't take the others at this time even though I put in over 800 books. Now I keep getting told that certain books were not received which I know for certain were in the box so I send them emails to say they are wrong and they soon rectify it. The last trade they accepted 26 items rather quickly but when I went to complete the order they said some items had to be taken off and left me with 10 items to send which I wasn't too pleased about. Having said all that they are still the best company to trade with.

It’s alright if you have a huge amount of books to get rid of quick. If you are a casual reader and want to make extra cash off of some books then it’s not worth it. They only accept certain titles and pay pennies for books that cost a lot new or used.

Efficient collection service. Would like payments to arrive quicker, after items are checked and for trade prices to be higher.Especially for regular sellers.

Disappointed that when you received my items, you said two were missing. This has happened before with you. I always check the items I place in the box(es), they were sent each time. Someone your end obviously sees they're valuable and takes them for themselves whilst stating they were never received.

I sent my parcel to ziffit using InPost which I don't like for 3 reasons: 1. They lost my last parcel 2. the InPost boxes are positioned so that my phone won't pick up the QR code and it's hard to see the screen. 3. I had a big heavy box and the top locker opened meaning that I had to ask a passerby to help me lift it high enough. Also this request for a review was received before my parcel had been received by Ziffit! The only reason that I gave it 3 stars and not 1 is that I've used Ziffit before and they were 5 stars.

I admit Ziffit is one of the best paying book buyers but they do have a big problem with saying books are not received when they have been included in the boxes. I trade at least once a week as I do this for a charity and the amount of time I spend chasing up lost books is getting serious. The fact that Ziffit does not allow telephone calls is a bit bug bear as a quick call would sort everything out instead of numerous emails not all from the same person so have to repeat myself often.

Parcel sent to you (picked up by free courier but not yet recorded as received by you. As I've said in the past, some prices are on the low side but payment is normally promptish.

The Ziffit website and process of adding items and checking out was fine. The problems were that (a) the estimate of my parcel weight meant I couldn't drop it off anywhere but had to have it collected by DPD so had to set a day aside for this and then (b) the DPD driver didn't arrive but put on the app that they had called and been told there was nothing to collect. I ended up having to take the parcel to the nearest depot myself. A waste of my time.

Use Ziffit to clear books that I have read so I don`t have loads laying around, never achieve what I paid for them but it makes up a little on costs. Packaging and post mainly free so no hassle, just wish they would pay more,oh well. Would expect that any book dealer must be livid as all books posted from Ziffit undercut their prices and therefore forces them to lower costs, guess thats great for us buyers but not so for the book trade. The seconhand book trade should have been more generous then the door would not have been left open for the on-line trade.
