we have a big issue with driver not turning up in the last 3 weeks i had to report this 4 times very annoying on our work load.

Why is it that every time I Close a trade I receive a message with an improved offer/bonus. Most disappointing and does nothing to convince me that Ziffit is the leader in this field.

I was quite disappointed at the amount of stuff they didn't take. I think some of the prices were a bit low. The courier service was very good and arrived on time. However, since my parcel went I have heard nothing from them and have not received any money. The scanner also was sometimes difficult to use.

The courier collection is excellent. But sometimes I’m not satisfied that the books I know I sent are listed as not received or damaged.

Usually accept the first three books but not many after that. My nearest collection point is now 5 miles away.

Tried selling about 100 books and you only accepted 10 and your site keeps crashing every time I try and trade, I have to delete the app EVERY time and reinstall so frustrating and then I have to start all over again

The app is not the best in the world, has fits and jumps from the scanning screen to another! most annoying. Items that were in the box when sent are not there when they check the box! When generating the items to be sent, some items are rejected, but no mention of which items are rejected! They need to up their game to be the best. Other than the above, a good company to deal with

The process is simple, arrangements for collection & pick up very good, payment fairly swift. Do not expect to get paid for all you send, there seems to be a significant number of books that are "not received" even though you know they where in the box. If the boxes I sent this week have the same problem will probably not use again.

Very efficient and pick up was excellent. My only criticism is that Ziffit rejected books on check out that they said i had sold before. Not true. I may have scanned them before but I only ever have owned one copy. Disappointing for this reason alone.

This was a poorer experience than usual. The offers on the books I was selling were much lower than in the past. Disappointing. The pick up was also sub standard. arranged for a day when i already had to be at home; and told the pick up was between 9:13 and 10:13. I think they came early and I missed them. And they made little effort to get my attention. .Had to get a new date and waste more time waiting for the pick up.

The app is good, the range of items taken is good, the payment is quick …… However, ziffit is majorly let down by the couriers and collect plus (locally 2 out of 3 shops listed as collect plus stores aren’t).
