“Easy listing, mine was manually entering the code numbers which was ok. Quick quotes. Easy box up and free sending with only trade code needed on the box. Waited about 10days for confirmation of actual payment amount. All good and will continue to check in the rest of my "library".”

“The prices per item could be better , for what you paid for them the day you brought them , lol but better then others and easier to do , customer service was good and pick up , and got paid a few days later . thanks”

“They do not pay much for the books but I do not like throwing books away. They normally accept all the books I send even the ones that are not in the best shape mostly because I send so many and at least 3/4 of the books are in brand new condition. Shipping and handling is taken care of by the company.”

“There was a slight hiccup with my last trade in that the DPD driver did not turn up at the appointed time or day; I have a suspicion that he/she went to the wrong address. However Sarah in the WOB office was very helpful and an alternative pick-up was arranged that went through with no problems.”

“Easy in-putting of book isbn numbers and quick display of price offered. I think the price for some books could be somewhat higher but overall great service, especially home postal collection. I'm having to sell my son's book collection and making some money for the hospice where he died is very rewarding. Thank you.”
