“Good service and it is nice to have a place where i can send the books once i am done with them but i am very disappointed that in every trade you claim that you have not received at least one book. i know what i put in the box and i am positive currier did not remove anything on route at random but there is no way i can contest your claim that you did not receive it.”

“Easy to use, with no postage to pay, but would say that the offers on some books are ridiculously low. It therefore takes quite a time to find enough books to make it worth doing.”

“I have used Ziffit for a few years and I have to say that in my experience they are very good at what they do. I have sent books both by In Post and by my local collection point and had no problems at all. My parcels have never been lost, the payment is prompt and that all means I am a happy customer.”

“Pretty quick service once you can find an Inpost locker. Not sure whether time of year or whether there is a shortage in my area (city) but took 4 days to find a vacant locker outside of work time. Other than this found service very good.”

“Good system when it works. Before Christmas I had great difficulty in sorting out 3 trades which were not collected by DPD. I also had great difficulty in cancelling those trades which were eventually cancelled. I lost a few books which were accepted in those trades and not accepted in the trades i set up after Christmas. It would have been good if Ziffit told me straight that DPD were not collecting before Christmas.”

“Ziffit tend to offer the best price on a wider range of items compared to their rivals and I've used them many times with stuff that doesn't sell elsewhere. The site is easy to use and they've recognise pretty much everything I've ever entered, including old and obscure books. The process is straightforward and I chose to use the InPost drop-off, which was a doddle - just rock up with your QR code/number, type it in and follow the instructions on screen! You get a QR code on successful completion too. All the items I sent were accepted and paid in full as per the original agreement. Payment was a bit slow this time, probably as it was Christmas, but I eventually got a PayPal message saying I'd been paid.”

“Ziffit process is usually very straight forward and efficient, however, prior to Christmas they were let down by postal strikes, couriers and InPost lockers not being able to handle volume of trade. I'm glad to say that in 2023 excellent service has been resumed and courier pick up worked perfectly yesterday. Thank you Ziffit!”

“Have used this service for a few years now, they are quite good but the price offered for some books is very low considering the quality of the books. Then some books are rejected for some strange reasons, even missing from the box so be prepared for this.”

“Easy to use, quick and efficient, the in-post service works well. Can be time consuming as a fair few cds are not wanted and of course the prices are low but generally better than other sites.”
