HI There I have traded with your company before. it was simpler this time i found it very complex. when i tried to get help it was not possible to speak to human to get this answers, it took me nearly half day . which could have been done in few minutes, technology is not for everyone. you need relised there people who are not so familiar with new technology also there books ,i have with no bar code, ??

I was given a £2.50 voucher to use for when I dropped off a parcel at an INPOST. Unfortunately there were no INPOST lockers available within 30 miles. Would not recommend ZIFFIT.

App was good, but the money offered was reduced considerably as stated the discs were not playable, we know for a fact there were all perfect condition and we were accepting between 50p and 90p, yet they said they were not working and didn’t send the back. Consider this is much of a con. Would not recommend unless you want your money reduced by £5. Thanks but no thanks cannot recommend you

The whole service is declining in quality. Scanning is lengthy and frequently stalls / stops. When come to Trade a whole tranche are removed "as sold before" - they were NOT. Shame as Ziffit was so good but recent "new releases" of their app have just ade things worse.

Since Ziffit started using INPOST, trades seem to take even longer to reach them, meaning that it is ages before you actually get paid. I'm being asked to review my "most recent trade" and according to Inpost tracking the box has been sat at the Inpost sorting office for best part of 6 days. Very disappointing partnership really as it lets us, the loyal customers, down.

Claimed 2 items missing. NO WAY After sending another email agreed to credit items. It makes you wonder about the dirty or water damage/torn items you claim and reject.

Took ages to process my stuff then reduced my payment claiming that several items were not sent to them which simply wasn’t true

I was informed that the driver would collect on Friday nd no show from the driver , with no explanation. This is not the first time this has happened. I purposely worked from home to ensure that when the guy arrived he would get the parcel. VERY annoying as not the first time this has happened.

After I had input all my barcodes I pressed complete trade and more than half the books that had been accepted had been rejected! All that wasted time. And it’s not the first time that has happened. Do you have an explanation please?

You rejected a brand new CD from HMV only played once. Gave a vague reason that ' either some parts were missing OR it was damaged' (which wasnt true as perfect when sent) Not even one or the other reason.? Feel scammed and was a £1 item. I complained and your customer service was equally unhelpful. Could not give any further info or specifics. Just got a copy and pasted / standard generic reply saying "some of your items" when I was enquiring just about ONE. Then just copied & pasted general terms and conditions to justify your position when I asked for further details again. Not one proper personal explination in any detail. Appauling. Not first problem I've had. One time said a book was missing? Funny it was the only retro annual book I sent and the most expensive item of that trade. Was definately 100% sent. You did reinstate money for that item but not this time. Feel scammed and feel like you knock high price items off trades randomly hoping customers don't notice to save money. I won't be trading with Ziffit ever again.

The whole experience with Ziffit has caused me enormous stress and now ino one with answer my emails. You collected a parcel from my doorstep - along with the collection - which wasn’t meant for you. I need this parcel back, I have the dpd tracker. I know it’s at your warehouse and it isn’t books and yet no one is getting back to my queries. Can someone please contact me.

Appalling. I have sent three batches of books and I am still waiting for payment for the first batch with the status of the other two unknown. I contacted customer services who take 24-48 hours to answer the most simplest query and to date they have not been able to prove (i.e paypal reference ID) that they have issued payment to my paypal address. I have sent a letter before action today as I will pursue them through the claims court.

Not able to use Promo codes because the box to put it in does not appear. Cancelled the trade and started again but it still did not appear. Followed instructions but the trade has to be completed before the promo box is supposed to appear and by then it is too late to apply it. Then the original books were not accepted any more. Still waiting for payment a week later. Collection service worked well.
