Same issue with post locker asked to scan code to find one that's empty i know all the locations but there all full please let the shops be able to redo the service

I am still awaiting a cheque for the books I submitted to Ziffit in November. I sent an email on 11.12.22 to the admin department. Received a response saying the my message would be sent to Finance Department. Sent a further email on the 22.12.22 saying still not got cheque. Received same response saying it would be forwarded to Finance Department. I still have not received my cheque. 5.1.23

terrible for communications i have written many emails with my problem and nobody will reply about it .i have stopped trading with you until i get a reply i have about 20000 books to sell so cmon and sort it please.i need to know the answer to my problem

Books were collected 19 days ago. Dispute many emails I still haven’t received payment. Had another email this morning from Sean, he couldn’t bring himself to apologise or offer an explanation, just said to wait another 3 to 5 days. Disappointing customer service, I would not recommend

Ref - 6919219 I sent ziffit each and every DVD in this order! They have emailed me to say not received accept for ONE! THAT IS A BLATANT LIE! They received each and every one of my DVD’s. They quoted me £9.50 - but only paid me £0.45p! They are extremely dishonest! They should never be allowed to trade!

I put my books in a locker on the 24th November 2022. Ziffit acknowledged receipt. I waited for cheque to arrive. I contacted Ziffit Customer Services on the 11.12.2002 and received a response on the 12.12.2002 that it would be sent to Finance Department. Contacted them again on 22.12.2002 and received a response it would be past to Finance Department. So 5 weeks after Ziffit received my books I am still waiting for cheque.

At the moment I feel that the service is appalling. I am still waiting for a collection from December 8th which was then rescheduled for December 13th and still hasn't been collected. I did receive an email from Alan who asked me if I would like to rebook the collection which I confirmed I would but as yet, nothing seems to have been booked so I don't know what the current status is.

Sent email with 15 per cent extra as not used for while. Did order for our small local charity got to end after six hours hardly any items excepted 50 odd from 2000 plus. Code not excepted in box. Wrote direct told extra 15 per cent can not be added after order done. Not happy would not recommended this firm now. Courier did not t run up as arranged had to rebook at again sad used for many years but gone downhill

I sent Ziffit 13 books. They claim they received 1. I complained to them that this was ridiculous and they told me they would look into it and I would be paid. This didn’t happen.

3 boxes were collected. 3 boxes were received by your depot, according to tracking information. I have only been paid for the contents of 2 boxes. The books in the third box were, allegedly, not received. They just happened to add up to nearly half the value of the deal. You have no helpline so I could not discuss this. I wrote 2 emails. I received 2 replies, both of which ignored the fact that I queried the value. Instead they were about the payment date, which I was not concerned about. No more deals with Ziffit for me!

Very poor. I posted items last week and they havent yet started processing. Them. These were sent by Yodel not mail , so the strike wouldn't affect them. .

The statement said the most expensive book was not received. I know for a fact it was in the box. I count the number of books I send a number of times and check the list. I am most disappointed and it has put me off.
