Sought to rook me by claiming an item not received. Customer service sought to patronize me, deflecting my complaint with repeated doublespeak. Finally got the money owed from the trade, but if this is the way a company chooses to do business it does not deserve to survive.

It's my own fault for giving you another chance with trade 6263675 One item you claimed had pages missing but that is obviously a lie as it was still sealed in the original packaging and had never been opened or touched. The other item you lied and claimed had water damage or mould when it did not. It was brand new and also unread and was in pristine condition. You are a disgrace and are clearly seasoned con artists as you have scammed me so many times now.

Your courier DPD collected the wrong parcel. Took our Evri parcel destined for our eBay customer. Still waiting for Ziffit to return our parcel and collect the Ziffit trade parcel. Alternatively a refund of £45 for our parcel

Told to cancel order and re enter order to get 5.00 voucher only trouble was on doing this 5 to 6 Items were then NOT wanted so did not gain much

Ziffit is now rubbish. Only allows 4 items per basket so impossible to reach minimum £5. Trying to merge baskets results in items being removed from original basket. Waste of time.

Ziffit have just asked me for a review, by email. I am always happy with this company. However, I am being asked for a review before they have paid me for the items I have sent to them, so it's really difficult to give anything other than a 1 start review when being asked for feedback before anything has been completed. I am awaiting payment for items sent on 19/05/22, 11 days ago. Thank you. From past experience, I am often happy with Ziffit, but I would reccomend to their marketing dept not to time feedback emails until after payments have been made. Thank you

I sent 19 items and was paid for 12. The initial price offered was £17.69 and I was sent £10.01. 7 items were listed as not received, this was not correct as I sent all items well packed and box and collected by the courier. This is my first experience using Ziffit and I will NOT be using them again as I would prefer to take my items to the charity shop than deal with this company.

It was my first time using ziffit. I tried to use the code to get 10% extra and it didn’t work. My box was collected but you don’t seem to have received it. I spoke to someone and gave them the label number from DPD. I have received the payment but I won’t be doing this again.

Tried to short-change us. Claimed that a few of the (more expensive) books in the box had not been received when all of the others (tightly secured in the same box) had. Agreed amount eventually paid but lazy / automated response to queries and no interest in investigating what really happened further.

Terrible - Two separate collections booked for different days, neither courier arrived and marked up as 'we couldn't contacted you' On both occasion, I was waiting on the front step with my phone. The 'help' section on the app is automated so the only option is to re-book a collection, with no guarantee that will arrive either.... Maybe there is a curse on this house. Its like some thing from Kafka

Be careful with this company because they rejected most of the cds and dvds I sent and they do not return them stating they destroy them! Not good business practise.

Parcel went by Click & Collect on the same day as sum was agreed on line but Ziffit refused to pay for one item as had "expired". I still have C & C receipt but its not worth trying to find a Ziffit contact to take up the matter - which, doubtless, is what they assume in amending the value down post contract.
