“Very easy to do. Clear instructions. Small snafu on the coupon but I updated the payment method at the last minute and I have been told my refund will be processed today. I will definitely use this service in the future and tell my co-workers to take advantage of it as well.”

“Excellent service, and an excellent concept. I love that I don't have to spend time going to a garage and wait there. I got good feedback on the condition of the car. I appreciated the complementary topping of of windshield wiper fluid. Very minor stuff where you could improve: there was a bit of dirt on the driver's seat after the service (very minor, I could easily brush it off). Also the bags in which the tires were wrapped were a bit dirty. Again, not a big deal for me, but something you could improve upon.”
