“The quality of the service was outstanding. But better than the quality was the communication. I knew exactly what to do and when and how to do it.the Zippity folks kept me updated on the service throughout the day with scheduled communications and quick responses to my questions And when was the last time a service center vacuumed your car as part of swapping out your tires?”

“I was excited to have the convenience and access to a certified mechanic while at work. The service went well but apparently I wasn't given all the details of my diagnostic. So, the work I had done did not fully resolve my CEL indicator. I was taken by surprise when I had to reach back out the next day to get details on why the CEL came back on after the work was complete and found out that there were 4 additional codes I was not advised on initially. The team was responsive to my requests but I was disappointed the "full evaluation" wasn't complete. I appreciated the quick follow up but feel disappointed in the process. I'm not sure I would use the service again but perhaps I will try the detail portion of the service when it comes back online. Great concept and customer service (Nico) just a little lacking on execution.”

“I thought my overall experience was very good. I appreciated the customer friendly breakdown of what my car findings were, what was done to my vehicle, attached pictures, and potential suggestions. My one customer irritant was the number of emails and notifications I would receive. It seemed a bit excessive, but other than that I was happy with my experience.”
