Zippity has done a good job. I had my car inspected Dec 1 at a garage in RI that does Inspections, I was told that I would need new brakes in 30 days. I had an oil change scheduled on Jan 4 with Zippity and they were going to check the brakes. Well seems that they were not needed at this point and were at least 3mm thicker than when you should consider changing them. It showed a level of trust that can't be found just anywhere.

I thought it was great. My only suggestion is to state it clearly that when people drop off their keys in the dropbox, they are supposed to lock the box and take the key for the day. I might have missed it, but I don't think I saw that direction anywhere. I wasn't sure if that lockbox key was for me to take or for the Zippity people. Overall, great job. Thank you.

I love that Zippity always keeps me in the loop about what is going on with my vehicle. They provide pictures and clearly explain what's going on and offer fair pricing. They always get back to me very quickly when I contact them with questions or requests, usually within minutes! And of course the thing I like most is the convenience, but without offering a great service, the convenience would be wasted.

great service, excellent communication. Loved the summary of everything they checked and things I need to be aware of. So much easier than bringing it to my mechanic. It's a little more expensive but definitely worth it!

I had a great experience with Zippity. The reminders prior to and on the day of my appointment were great. The team was very responsive to my questions and the services performed were excellent. The recommendations were feasible and the team did not try to upsell me on additional services I did not need (which happens every time I would bring my car for an oil change at my dealership). The process was very easy and convenient - I would definitely use Zippity again!
