“Very professional and pleasant drivers. A worry-free experience. I would use Zip Transfers again without hesitation. Only recommendation is that the 24/7 contact number be reachable. When I tried calling from France the number was not in service”

“Excellent service. Driver waiting with name card at arrivals. Mini van supplied even though just 3 of us. Parked right outside airport so no lengthy walk. Small coach supplied for return journey even though still just 3 passengers. No waiting around at all. Very friendly drivers. Would certainly recommend and will definitely use this company again.”

“We were met at Palma airport and our cases taken from us on the walk to the mini bus which we had to ourselves when we got to the villa he insisted on driving up a very long rough drive and unloaded our cases right at the door we couldn't have asked for more.”

“What a shame I couldn't rate just one of my journeys. Unfortunately the driver who collected us from the airport hadn't researched where he was going and drove round and round the town we were staying in unable to locate the hotel. He stopped at shops and supermarkets to ask for directions and still couldn't find the hotel. I then called the hotel reception on my mobile and passed the phone to the driver .... he was then able to locate the hotel. It was rather stressful and added an extra 30 minutes onto our journey. However, the driver who collected us from the hotel was very professional, looked very smart and gave an excellent service.”

“It was quick and easy at the airport. There was some stress with the arrival location and I had to provide google earth maps to confirm arrival location. I would expect they could do that themselves, but I would use again.”

“Used them from Malaga Airport to our Villa and for the return journey. very reliable service, drivers were at the locations at the correct times and the vehicles used were clean and spacious. Would use again and would definitely recommend them!”

“We spent too much time to get a car and when the car finally arrived, it was too small to take our luggages (3 people, 3 luggages) so we had to wait again a bigger car and pay the difference. We spent nearly one hour at the airport and we paid 26 eur. We took a traditionnal taxi when we came back, with our luggages, we didn't wait and paid only 13€!!”

“They forgot to pick me up at the airport then an hour later sent a driver who didnt know where he was going and dropped me off before my destination and my friend had to come and pick me up, terrible terrible service !!”
