“Wir mussten zwar etwa 10min warten bis der Fahrer uns abgeholt hat, was uns zunächst verunsichert hat weil wir zum ersten mal Zip genutzt haben. Der Fahrer ( ein alter Herr ) war sehr freundlich und ist anständig gefahren. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt nicht nur weil wir mit Kindern reisten. Das Fahrzeug, ein alter Mercedes V-Class , sauber und anständig ausgebaut. Haben die Rückreise ebenfalls nun via Zip gebucht.”

“Der Chauffeur wollte uns nicht mitnehmen, da er keinen Name hatte. Er musste zuerst mit der Zentrale Kontakt aufnehmen bis er uns dann schliesslich doch noch zu Flughafen gefahren hat.”

“Very straight forward and efficient. Our driver was just outside airport arrivals with name on mobile as promised. He was very friendly and had very good English. We couldn’t find the building easily but he got out and ensured we were at the correct place before departing. Would highly recommend using this service.”

“Considering the receipt of letter I've received from you, I understand that you decline my request for refund despite the fact that the flight delay was beyond my control. I consider this as poor customer service and a questionable busines practise in an environment, where flight cancellation and delays are common. It seems to me that your company is taking advantage of this situation which leaves the customers as the victims. As a frequent traveller and member of various frequent-traveller organisations, I will take the liberty to share my experience with the respective media outlets, trade and tourists associations and rating platforms. I regret giving you business and I hope I can prevent others from doing so considering the level of customer service I’ve experienced.”
