“We booked a transfer on a recent trip to Paris. This was the first time I used Ziptransfers. When we exited baggage claim our driver was there with a sign waiting for us. He was very helpful and friendly. His vehicle was clean and comfortable. We had the best experience with Zip and would use them again . They will from now on always be our first choice! “Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Unkomplizierte Buchung über Internet (Genua-Savona-Genua). Pünktliche, hilfsbereite und nette Fahrer. Hatten eine verspätete Ankunft für die Rückfahrt, aber Absprache über die Notfall-Hotline hat super geklappt.”

“Muy bien. Me equivoqué al poner la fecha del transfer de vuelta, y cuando esperábamos fuera del hotel al transfer, llamé preguntando ya que era la hora pactada. Desde el teléfono de urgencias me comentaron que la reserva no estaba hecha para ese día, pero lo resolvieron al momento sin ningun coste adicional. A los 10 minutos teníamos un transfer en la puerta.”
