“We recently traveled to Europe with our family and needed quite a few transfers from several airports and piers on different dates with various group sizes, etc. and Ziptransfers did an outstanding job for all of them. We were so happy to be able to book everything with you in advance. We were very impressed with the service and professionalism, both from the drivers and administrative personnel, and extremely grateful when you were able to accommodate us due to a flight delay combined with an incorrect booking date error on our part. Your drivers were courteous, punctual, knowledgeable and helpful. We were relieved to be able to contact you during our travels and have an English speaking person address our inquiries and concerns timely and effectively.
