“Easy to book on line, at airport when we came through customs, pick up for return arrived on time and helped with airport drop off. No issues with any part of transfer arrangements so ideal carrier. Hence will recommend , and re use for travel requirements.”

“We were very pleased with both transfers. The driver was waiting for us with a board when we arrived. The vehicle was good & transfer comfortable. For our return journey the driver was early & also a comfortable trip. Both drivers were friendly & efficient. We have used Zip before & will do so again. Their price is competitive & we would recommend.”

“We booked a coach for 9 people on the understanding it was for our sole use .... but wasnt the case .... had to do several drop offs n then we had a good 10 minute walk after drop off to our hotel without any direction 😟Our return pick up was at Mar Bleu again a fairly long walk from our hotel !!! We were to be picked up at 5.05pm ..... at 5.20 a coach for 29 people arrive with 25 on board !!! We had a party of 9 ????? After a lot of phone calls we eventually had to wait for another bus ... this had a knock on effect for our arrival at Alicante airport as wehad no time to have a coffee before boarding !!! Very disappointed & would not use the company again 😳”
