“Specifically requested a baby car seat. Even though your disclaimer states that you can never guarantee it, our first driver didn´t even seem to know that this was requested for the tour. When we told him, he wen´t and found us a car seat (he was very helpful!). The car seat itself was of terribly poor quality. On our second transfer we got a small coach (and of course, again, no car seat for our baby). The driver said it was safe since we could sit with the child in our arms behind another row of seats (I´m not sure how helpful that is when driving 130 km/h). This is no fault of the drivers. They just didn´t even seem to be informed by the company of our requests.”

“Driver was not present when we arrived. After a telefoon a driver arrived 5 minutes later. So this was not so amusing. The transfer from the hotel to the airport was perfect.”

“I have used this company 4 times for airport transfers, 3 times in Gran Canaria and 1 in Tenerife. My daughter has used them in Egypt. On each occasion we received excellent service from smartly dressed drivers in clean immaculate vehicles. Drivers were easily identified at arrival airport and punctual at pick up times for return journey. Very reasonable prices to.Will be using them again in the near future in Crete and Menorca. Highly recommend.”

“We have used zip transfers many many times in many different countries and have never been let down. Aways nice vechiles and always clean and always nice drivers. We would always use them and would definitely recommend them.”

“Used them a couple of times now in different locations (Valencia, Tenerife and Iceland) always been a very easy process to book. Always been waiting for us at the arrivals. And never been late to collect us to go back to the airport. Always been very reasonable prices too. Would highly recommend and will be using these guys again and again :)”

“Used twice now. First transfer great both ways. 2nd transfer to resort great. Return to airport late arrival, driver looked like he was going to fall asleep and arguing/ gesturing at other drivers. Have booked again in April. Will see how it goes.”
