“Your driver was easily visible at the airport and was friendly. He made me feel comfortable as a lone female passenger. We had a great conversation on the journey and he recommended some books and films for me to watch. I would definitely recommend your service to friends and family.”

“Excellent service, Taxi was waiting as soon as we left the arrival's hall. On our return journey the taxi arrived at the specified time. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.”

“Your driver didn't turn up for the return journey, claimed he got lost! no one contacted us to say there was a problem. The lady in the office offered nothing but excuses when my wife phoned you. We had to walk the streets looking for a taxi that didn't exist. Another driver eventually turned up an hour later, our children were in tears and frightened that they weren't going to get home. We nearly missed our flight. I have asked for a refund. terrible service.”

“Unfortunately the driver was 20 minutes late despite our flight being late itself. The support people on +34 were rude and unhelpful Nd refused to give me the number of the driver so I can. Ordinate with him. Not a good experience”

“Vehicle wasn’t marked with anything related to ZipTransfers. On the other hand, I wasn’t informed about the name of the company which mad the transfer. The driver was waiting outside of the hotel, although is specified that we should be on the reception or in the lobby. I came out to ask the driver if he is here for us, who confirmed and emediatelly start giving lessons how I should wait outside of the hotel with the paper, and that he would be gone in 1 minute if I didn’t show. Overall-unorganized, confusing and unpleasant experience which won’t be repeated...”

“Do not use. Flight delayed so contacted zip transfers straight away to arrange new pick up time for seven hours later . Company informed me they couldn't do and wouldn't refund a penny, even though taxi did not make a run and had over 5 hours notice of not being needed at original time. So lost all our money. Even failed to find us a new taxi whe we did arrive in Spain at midnight and rang them again for help..they failed to find us taxi and left us stranded at airport. Total waste of 69 euros and very stressful. No concern for customer at all. Avoid”

“I paided for two baby seats 12 euros and no baby seats were in the mini bus I phone and the girl was very rude thank god the driver was very nice and I explained I paid and showed him the email he showed me his paper work that said only 5 people no car seats”

“I would highly recommend Zip transfers. It was very easy to book and pay for online. The driver met us on time with a clear sign and was very polite and helpful. The car used for the transfer was immaculate and a very high spec. I will be using Zip transfers in the future. Top marks”
