“Service was very good - were ready for immediate departure at the pickup point st the airport and helped with loading and unloading luggage at the apartment. Return pickup was 5 mins early and again loading/ unloading provided. The reason I’ve not given excellent rating was that i was billed in sterling at a poor ex rate, in spite of ordering and requiring to be billed in Euro. (although travelling from/to the UK, my finances are iEuro based) This made the journey significantly more expensive than their quote.”

“Was picked by a very uncomfortable mini bus when I specifically ordered a private taxi as my wife has a bad back . The journey took double the length of time Will be shopping around next time !!”

“Didn’t show up for our arrival. Very stressful considering we do not know the airport, layout. Furious. Very good on the way home. However driver sat in car rather than enter reception and we had to assume (in a very busy hotel) it was our transfer. Ok service l, wouldn’t recommend sure you’d get better”

“Vehicles were clean, comfortable and new. Drivers both curtious and careful, offering a very good service. Only reason I did not rate "very good" was because we had to wait a bit on arrival and find our way to the taxi parking area (due to works at airport), but on departure pick up was late due to traffic, so we arrived at the airport 30 minutes later than intended.”
