“Our early morning transfer to the airport was cancelled 12 hours before we were to be picked up even though it was booked Two months before and confirmed 24 hours before. TERRIBLE”

“Absolutely faultless, the driver was waiting for us at the airport and swiftly led us to the car. This car was a Mercedes limousine and spotless, and the journey to Bologna railway station was smooth. The return pickup was just as efficient, again the vehicle was a Mercedes limousine and the driver was equally as good as the first one. All in all an excellent service..”

“The airport transfer was good. The Van was in good condition and the driver was on time. I prefer that the driver follows google maps for the shortest route instead of garmin maps though. All in all, it was a very good service. Thanks.”

“When we arrived in Buenos Aires after a very long flight we collected our luggage which took about 15 minutes, went through customs and on exiting at arrivals there was no one to meet us.We waited for about twenty minutes and then paid for a taxi to take us to our Hotel. On arrival at the hotel we had a message saying that our pick up was waiting for us at the airport. That was at 11.10pm We had to pay another 42 Euro for the taxi.”
