“Still waiting for a reply to my origina complaint email. I am now waiting to file another complaint regarding your drivers half-hour 'no show' for the return transfer. Unbelievably unreliable service in Venice area.”

“The driver (John) who picked us up at Faro and then brought us back was super, very professional and spoke excellent English. The car he drove was also top class, the ice cold water and the courtesy pack in the car was a very nice touch and really did add to the VIP experience. Overall, both transfers were an excellent customer experience and I will be using Ziptransfers again. Many thanks”

“We always use zip transfers as we find them the best price. They are always prepared to change pick up times when requested. They are sometimes late waiting for us at the airport but we still find them the best.”

“No problems at all, we’re there waiting at the airport and took us right to the door of our rented villa. The return was also spot on arriving bang on the time agreed. Would use again without any hesitation.”

“Excellent service. Even though my flight was delayed by several hours, upon arrival at the airport, my transport was still available and I was taken to my hotel immediately.”
