“Our driver was exhausted, having had only 2 hours sleep the night before. He explained that he had a late pick up from Faro Airport which was delayed until 02.00 a.m. He then had an early pick up at 05.00 a.m., before he collected us. This is not an acceptable state to be in when driving and I felt unsafe with this particular driver. If this is how Zip Transfers manage their driver schedules I will not be using them again. Very worrying.”

“Only rated the transfer a 3 as the driver was over 45 mins late on collecting us from the airport. However, very punctual at the hotel when we were going home. Disappointed as Zip usually very reliable. Would I use them again? Yes, I would.”

“Our driver wasn’t visible at the airport but we eventually found her. She was, to our surprise, also taking 4 other travellers to Verona first. We hadn’t realised this because we thought we had booked a private transfer. This delayed us for our onward journey to Gardone Riviera. The biggest problem with the driver was that she had no idea where she was going. She got lost a couple of times, got the car stuck up a narrow lane so someone else had to reverse her out, and both me and my daughter had to sit with her in the front seat to direct her using our own phones. When we finally arrived near our accommodation she stopped the car and told us to walk. We had to drag our heavy suitcases up a very steep hill in the midday sun. Not good.”

“First class service as usual. I have used Zip Transfers a number of times in different parts of the world and they have always been very reliable, prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. Would definitely use again in future.”

“The transfer from the airport to the hotel was fine...but the return trip was not good..it was a normal taxi in poor condition and the driver broke the speed limit continuously. With 2 small kids i did not feel safe.”
