“Our already late flight was 2 hrs late & we worried that the driver would not have waited. However he had checked the flight info & was there. He was extremely helpful, courteous, spoke good English and told us a lot about Porto. On arrival he helped us find our accommodation. Highly recommended and the best €20 we spent on our trip.”

“Excellent service from booking to pick up and drop off. Communication was spot on what Zip said they would do they did. Airport pick up was excellent the lady who was displaying our name could not have helped us anymore than she did. Both taxi transfers were smooth and efficient.Not the first time we have used Zip we have just booked them for August. Would definitely recommend their friendly and efficient service. “Pick up from airport arranged quickly and efficiently and everything went exactly as promised. Very good driver, even carried our bags into the apartment when we arrived at our holiday home. Definitely use Zip again.”

“Fantastic service. Found our driver straight away on arrival and were taken safely to our accommodation. Very punctual on our return journey and even sent a larger vehicle than required so had plenty of space. Exceptional value, would highly recommend.”
