“Meeting us at the airport and back is good. The only problem we have is to wait and then run around to find out where our taxi is as there is no one with our name card. I think there should be someone with a name card to collect us from the airport as other transfers do.”

“Driver was waiting at airport easy to find him as per instructions. On the return trip we were picked up at the hotel at the time advised. Both drivers were very nice and helpful everything went to plan as per the instructions received after booking. Great service.”

“We were extreme shocked and disappointed that the driver dropped us off in a car park and not near the entrance of the hotel. We had young children with us, so we had to carry all our luggage from the car park up a slope to the hotel, whereas other people that were also arriving from the airport in very similar size transport got dropped off at the hotel.. and the driver spoke no English.. and was very rude when we tried to explain to him... Totally disappointed”

“Drivers were punctual, helpful and pleasant. However I ordered private car yet was transported by people carrier / minibus and the return journey the vehicle was towing a trailer. Not fitting with description of PRIVATE CAR..”
