“Very pleased with transfer overall although driver wasn't there when we arrived in the arrivals area. Our plane arrived early so probably that was why. We had to wait about 10 minutes, so we were a bit worried that he might not arrive. He said it was something to do with the police in the car parking area.”

“Reasonable service...but certainly no flexibility to change a pick up if your flights change. Basically had to forfeit the pick up....Very very disappointing. Return pick up was OK. DD”

“No real issues encountered at all. The driver was a few minutes late upon our arrival , but was early for our return. Lovely car and very pleasant driver. Would certainly use ZIP again.”

“I booked the transfer using the 24hour clock & apparently the driver arrived but without a phone call or email he left again so 12 hours later when I am expecting a driver nothing happened & I had to phone the office to discover he had been 12 hours prior. I had to provide a phone number three times on the booking form but no one could have phoned not the driver or the office to tell me of my mistake even if I had received an email to say the driver had been & no one was there I would not have had 10 people waiting to go to the airport, I could have arranged something else given enough time.”
