“On arrival to Verona airport our party got separated as the driver told us we were in two different vehicles which was no big deal, on pick up a week later to Verona airport there was no baby seat in the vehicle for an hour journey this was no acceptable and I emailed which I received a reply saying they would refund my money which I still have not received.”

“A reliable service with friendly and very helpful drivers. When we arrived at Palma airport, I had to ring ZIPtransfers as we were waiting at the wrong exit, the phone was answered straight away and I spoke to a very friendly and helpful man, who pointed us in the direction. Brilliant service. My second experience with ZIPtransfers was as excellent as the last. Last year when I went to Portugal. Thank you.”
