“The service from ZIP Transfers was 1st class. My son left his backpack in the taxi from the airport and the driver returned with it 10 minutes later. We couldn't be happier and will 100% re-use ZIP for all future transfers in Spain.”

“Now we have used zip transfer two times, one in gran canaria and one in Mallorca, and both times there was nobody there to pick us up. We had to ask someone for help, so they made some calls, we had to wait for a long time before we got a car. So now we are never gone use your service again, and won't recoment it to others.”

“Arranged transport didn’t meet us at airport due to incoming flight being delayed by 1 hour. We had to make our own very expensive transfer arrangement at the airport. Not the way you want to start a holiday”

“No child seat on return journey even though we paid the supplement,boot wouldn’t open on taxi at airport took around 5 minutes for the driver to gain access very poor service.”

“Usually using ZIP transfer is a good experience. However on the initial part of the trip the driver did not supply a child booster seat as requested, did not know where the drop off was as kept using his Google maps for directions and finally dropped us of near where we were staying but not at the address. The return trip was of the standard we have come to expect from the service”
