“4th time using Zip Transfers in Lanzarote.... Reliable and courteous and value for money. I would recommend for a party of 5 or more in Lanzarote as they have small buses to carry everyone in one taxi. Well Done Zip Transfers !”

“The taxi that picked us up from Malaga airport was not road worthy. The brakes on the taxi were not Serviceable. Very time the driver braked there was a load grinding noise from each of the brakes. It was evident that the brake pads were grinding directly on to the brake disks. Very the driver went to brake he had to pump the peddle to get the taxi to stop. This is a very dangerous situation. I believe it was a Mercedes people carrier but unfortunately I didn’t record the registration of the taxi.”

“We had a short wait at the airport, while they ordered the booster seat. but it was well worth it when we saw the length of the taxi queues. The mini bus was clean and the driver courteous. Will use them again.”

“Arrival & collection was perfect. Return transfer was not good. The taxi did not arrive and it was only the good organisation of my hotel that sorted me a return to the airport I could have missed my flight home.”
