“First time using zip transfers and will definitely be using them again .. driver was there waiting for me at Tenerife airport .. we booked again to take us back to airport and the driver was again waiting for us outside hotel reception 10 minutes early ..great service”

“Contento con el servicio de Zip Transfers, de hecho ya lo he utilizado en varias ocasiones. Lo único que habría que mejorar es la información que facilitan para el encuentro con los chóferes. Cada aeropuerto es diferente, cada vez menos esperan a la salida (dentro del edificio), y casi nunca con letrero como indican en las instrucciones. Por ejemplo, en Barcelona (El Prat) los chóferes ya no pueden esterar dentro del recinto. Tuve que llamar a ustedes para comunicarme con el chófer.”
