“We often use zip transfers, and normally fine. This time in December, we waited 1hr 45mins to transfer from the airport. Partly they said because our flight arrived in 10 mins early, and therefore we would have to wait, which was understandable, but then our wait went way over a further hour. I got off the coach to ask what the problem was and was advised they were still waiting for 4 passengers from 2 other flights due within ten mins, but no-one else got on the coach. They suggested passengers had not cancelled their booking, which delayed our coach leaving. Why make us wait, when we already had to wait.why were these so called passengers not made to wait like we were, especially if they weren't showing up when they said they would.. Bit disappointed as we always would give them 5 stars. Return journey was fine. Pick up as described and time said.”

“Alicante to Benidorm transfer. Very punctual on both journeys, lovely clean vehicles and our driver was exceptionally helpful and very pleasant. Would definitely recommend this company.”

“communication around pickup at airport was a bit over the top. Driver during pickup was like he did not how to drive a car with an automatic gearbox (very abrupt breaking). All the rest was absolutely perfect.”

“I use Zip transfers on almost every trip I take and have always been more than happy with the service especially the drivers who are usually very pleasant and polite and I have never had a complaint, but we were not a bit happy with the driver of our last trip from marina suites to las palmas airport. the driver was rude, never spoke one word to us, just just nodded when we asked him questions, he broke the speed limit on numerous occasions to the extent my daughter and wife were actually terrified for their safety. While I understand he has probably a time schedule to keep to, this in my opinion is not acceptable and putting passengers safety at risk through speed is definitely a no no for us.”

“ALWAYS THE BEST CAR OR MINI BUS TO SUIT MYSELF AND MY WHEELCHAIR WIFE. GREAT AND FRIENDLY DRIVERS. ON TIME AND KNOW WHERE WE ARE GOING. CANNOT FAULT. WILL ALWAYS USE ON ALL TRAVEL DESTINATIONS . THANKS”
