“We couldn't have been happier with this service. The gentleman greeted us at the airport and took us to our apartments. We ordered car seats for the 2 little ones in our group and they set that up for us. Also on the way back he was there ready for us ahead of the time I booked. Will definitely be using them again.”

“When I booked a taxi with your company last summer in Rome they were really punctual and helpful. That's why I booked a little van for 10 people this last April in Edimburg to go from the airport to the hotel and return to the hotel. They were helpful again, really patient with us and helped us to solve a problem of another bus that had to come to pick up the other students as we had booked in the travel agency. That's why I have booked again with you for our family trip this July in Venice.”

“The transfer was fine. It was the lack of signage at the bus desk in Alicante airport that was the issue. We were passed from one agent to the next before one of them figured out we were travelling with Beniconnect. While I'm here, there was an older woman there with an attitude problem towards a younger girl that was trying to help us. She seemed put out that the girl couldn't find our booking and she had to help. We will use your service again when we travel to Murcia in July”
