“Process started well, soon fell apart closer to the transfer. Even though address was supplied at the start of the enquiry two days before the transfer was due to happen the price increased by 330€ an increase of nearly 80% as they found the address was 20km further than they thought. As this transfer was two days before Christmas we were stuck with them. I have asked four times now for an escalation route to resolve this and as yet have received no details”
