“Driver did not arrive to pick us up from Faro airport. After two calls to your call centre we were advised to take a taxi!!! You did not honour the Promise to cover the cost of the taxi !!! Driver 10 minutes later for return trip Sorry to say we will not be booking through your company again.”

“Excellent service. Easy pick up and adjusted our resort to airport transfer less than 24 hours before so that we were picked up directly outside our apartment instead of the reception area. I would most definitely use them again especially as they're prices beat all other competitors.”

“Zip Transfers gave us excellent service on our recent holiday in Spain. From the moment we booked our transfers online they responded very quickly and efficiently to all emails. We even made a very late change to our pick-up time for the return journey during our holiday which they organised with no fuss and exactly on time. Courteous and helpful drivers managed all our luggage (10 people) and the whole experience was very smooth and reasonably priced. Highly recommended by our whole party.”
