“We were delayed nearly two hours and our driver was still waiting for us, let us use his telephone to contact our landlord and rang them again as we approached so as there was someone waiting to greet us. Excellent service every time we use them. Wouldn't use anyone else.”

“The driver was 40 minutes late, the phone line wasn't working properly and I couldn't get through anyone and I had requested an infant seat and there wasn't one. I had to carry my baby on my arms for a 2 hours drive.”
