“It was easy to schedule, and we got a competitive price. The driver was on time and safe. We didn't get a confirmation that he could use though, so we had to call the company (would be good to know that for future).”

“We booked zip transfers for BCN to hotel. We arrived on time at BCN, but immigrations/ customs hade a 2-3 hour wait to get thru. I emailed zip transfers immediately when I saw the LONG line at BCN. Told them it would be 2.5 hours. They said too bad. No refund. I said this was beyond my control. Too bad for me. 1 star for this They did pick me up at my hotel in BCN and take me to the cruise ship. Excellent service. Excellent van and driver. 5 stars for this.”
