“Bei Ankunft war kein Fahrer vor Ort. Wir mussten fast eine halbe Stunde warten, bis der Fahrer endlich erschien. Bei der Rückfahrt war der Fahrer pünktlich. Er schien es jedoch sehr eilig zu haben, was die rasante Fahrt nicht gerade angenehm machte. Zudem hatten wir den Eindruck, dass der Fahrer übermüdet war - im Spiegel konnten wir sehen, wie er immer wieder die Augen schloss. Wir waren froh, als wir heil am Flughafen ankamen.”

“Third time using Ziptransfers and yet again found them very efficient, professional and very prompt. No issues at all would definitely use them again and would certainly recommend them to anyone.”

“Very good service and have never let us down yet (and we’ve used them lots in different countries). One criticism would be that our last flight landed very early and we had to wait a while for our driver which suggests they weren’t watching the flight. Having said that, we’d rather wait and know we have a car and driver that we feel safe with than take a chance on a cab at an airport who may or may not be licensed,”

“Very efficient. Even when we realised that our flight would be four hours late arriving - I messaged Ziptransfers and was really pleased when they replied immediately and assured me not to worry. They were there waiting and everything went very smoothly.”

“Excellent service We were taken to the wrong address first from the airport but was quickly fixed, couldn’t communicate properly because driver couldn’t speak English but return service from Resort to the airport was very efficient. Both the drivers were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended”

“The arrival at the airport and transfer from there to the hotels have been excellent, in a saloon car but both transfers from hotel to airport have been in a minibus which were not as good”

“All the plane's baggage took more than an hour so taxi driver had not waited. It is not possible to get from the terminal, and get baggage and speak to the taxi driver when there are only 2 of us. IF 1 goes out then can't get back in again and other one can't handle all the luggage”
