“Excellent service. Had to change the car from a 6 seater to an 8 seater. Emailed Zip who replied very quickly and the upgrade was easy. Rep met us at arrivals and brought us out to the driver who was waiting. Will definately use again.”

“I’d recommend Zip transfers. They provide an excellent professional service. We were delayed and had to change our booking. This was done without any problems and they kept in tough throughout. I’d use them without hesitation.”

“Transfer was on time and the drive was very polite, but was very disappointed by the quality of the car seat which i paid extra money for, it would not sit correctly and safely in the bus seat, the straps from the car seat could not be altered which meant the would not click together. so the seat was of no benefit to my child.”

“I was very pleased with the service provided. On the outward journey our cases were slow to come through so found the driver and asked him to wait which he did. The return journey driver was even early and both were nice and polite.”
