“In our return we were actually terrified the driver drove so fast nearly crashed twice I thought out of the car we would never get my daughter has autism and was traumatized”

“We could not find the rep for about 20 minutes and we had no idea where they were supposed to be standing. We spotted their yellow shirts after 20 minutes but they were late arriving at the airport to collect us. Bit poor.”

“Booked a transfer for 6 in Barcelona Transfer didn’t arrive Had to call customer services They said 5 mins 20mins later a normal taxi arrived not a large one No room for any bags Kids had heavy suitcases on laps Will not be using them again”
