“Very happy with Zip Transfers, have used them on our holidays to Spain and Portugal, service very good, always at airport waiting for us, drivers very friendly. On our recent holiday to Vilamoura we weren't sure where our apt was, the driver stayed with us and made sure we got sorted. I have no hesitation in recommending Zip Transfers and will continue to use them in the future.”

“the driver was waiting for us when we arrived at Malaga airport and transported us to our hotel. GREAT. Our return driver was also on time at our hotel and was very helpful with information for our flight home.The driver spoke our language very well and was a very pleasant man.”

“Overall, we are pleased with the transfer service, but we have a note from the long wait at Vienna Airport (13.10.18 - flight from Varna of Wizzair). The driver appeared after about 15-20 minutes, explaining that he was waiting in another place to avoid the crowd and had been notified by an agency employee. But no one called us, and on our multiple calls from the airport, no one answered your emergency 24-hour phone. It was only later that we found out with the driver and only then your employee phoned us. Regarding the return from the hotel to the airport, everything was impeccable. Thank you”

“Excellent service. Driver was waiting in arrivals when we arrived even though the flight was 15 mins early and was standing in very obvious position so that we could see him immediately. On return the driver was waiting outside our apartment 10 mins ahead of plan which really suited us. Overall we were hugely impressed and both drivers were very mannerly. We enjoyed the experience and already we have booked Zip for our transfer from Tenerife in Feb 2019.”
