“My return experience was extremely stressful as the Driver was over 40 minutes late. I was also told that I would receive a call from Manager and requested refund which never happened. Very disapointed.”

“The transfers each way from the airport were brilliant. Really clean cars really friendly drivers. Both arrived on time. The flight from London was delayed by 5 hours. I rang and their customer service was brillant and so easy. They really took the stress out if the delay and were waiting when we finally arrived. I think they are the best I've had and will definitely use them again. Thank you so much Jill”

“Absolute stress free pick up and drop off - only negative side was that the drop off and pick up at two different hotels cost an extra €20 overall and were less than 100m apart, Luggage was only hand baggage so it wasn't as if a laborious, time costly operation. Would I use them again? Definitely!”

“We booked ZIP because it was one of the cheapest quotes for transfer from Las Palmas Gran Canarias to our apartment in Puerto de Mogan. On arrival the drover was already there waiting for us with a large card with our name on it. He then showed us to his 10 seat people carrier, we only booked a car for 3 people so there was plenty of room. The driver was well presented and professional. On our return the driver was waiting for us when we exited from our apartment, he had been there 20 minutes before we were due to be collected and again was very professional and well presented. The vehicle was a luxury 8 seater people carrier, again this impressed us as we had only booked a car. The journey to the airport was swift and we had plenty of time before we needed to check in. I would highly recommend ZIP and will be using them again in future.”
