“There was a problem with the location of the airport pick up, but after contacting them arrangement was made right away and we were picked up at the airport and brought to our hotel.”

“The taxi was not there on our arrival in Agadir, so after waiting for 40 mins had to get a taxi off the rank. On our return the taxi also did not turn up at the hotel so had to get the hotel to phone a taxi for us, getting to the airport only just in time for the flight. I would like my money back please.”

“Used Zip Transfers recently on a girlie break in Costa del sol, Was greeted by a lovely driver at malaga airport and transferred to Benalmadena in a luxury Mercedes bus (11 of us). Our flight had been delayed but once I sent an email to confirm this they instantly replied saying not to worry they would track the flight. Return was just as good on time and driver very polite and efficient. Will definitely use again.”
