“On pickup from the airport our plane was delayed an hour and Zip transfers were there when we arrived, only good point of our experieince with Zip. We had booked a private transfer in a car which was more expensive than the mini bus that turned up both times to pick us up from the airport and the villa. I had supplied gps data for the villa pick up which was not used and frantically making phone calls when the mini bus didn’t turn up for transfer to the airport was stressful, luckily we had booked the transport early enough not to miss our flight. The only reason we were found is that I had to leave the villa and go search for the mini bus. This gps data was used successfully when hiring cycling bikes for drop off at the villa, why not here?”
