“I contacted you regarding my transfer, very unsatisfactory. I booked a week away new year, to treat my wife and I, private car, bumped plane seats, VIP lounge. You turned up late, we couldnt use vip lounge, we had a minibus that I could not sit In seat properly it was to small, very unhappy, and you offered me a discount on my next trip, I refused, and you wont give me a refund for a service I paid for which you failed to deliver. Wrong, I have and will be putting neg feed back.”

“First time book with ziptransfer, from Portimao Jardim do vau hotel to Faro airport, had a good experience, recommend! A big taxi come on time, and we paid 48euro, which is 16euro cheaper than asking hotel reception to book a taxi.”
