“Transfer from hotel to airport never turned up leaving me very frustrated at 5-30am & had to get taxi also my transfer from airport to hotel 30 mins late had to fone up won’t be using zip transfers again thanks Alan”

“Airport pick up was all good Return not so, booking was for 2 people and a bike was told on booking that i needed a 8 seater to do this . So i paid for 8 seater. On return journey a car turned up . He obviously couldn't fit us and bike. Called customer service and was told no 8 seaters available. So they sent a 6 which was fine but was told on booking that needed a 8 seater. Said wanted refund and was told will be put back on card but still not received it. Very poor customer service not drivers fault but the companies. Will not use again”

“Worse service. Would not use again. We were late out of the airport as there were delays going through passport control and baggage. We had no coverage to call the taxi to explain and they had left when we got out, with no refund afterwards. Never again”

“Booked a child seat and on my return trip it wasn't in the car and the driver tried to convince us to put our 1 year-old baby on a booster seat, after refusing to go with her they arranged another taxi to pick us up. Luckily we allowed extra time for this. Wouldn't recommend or use again”
