“If you are a wheelchair user and cannot stand at all don't use this company. You are not guaranteed the vehicle you choose (I chose a taxi car) and could be forced like I was, to crawl across the floor of a minibus and lift myself into a seat. Zip Transfers - if you cannot guarantee a chosen vehicle you shouldn't even accept orders from customers with wheelchairs. Won't be using again!”
