“The customer service is EXCELLENT. We have two paddle boards and parts have broken or gone missing and have been replaced at no cost ASAP. Jenna from Customer Service responds promptly to all emails. We love the boards and have been very happy using them these past two summers.”

“I don't typically write reviews but this board and it's company deserves one. I was looking for a board that had the kayak seats and the 4-piece kayak convertible paddle. What really caught my eye about this board was the 3 year warranty and the weight limit of the board. The board is sturdy and seems to be well made. The kayak seat that comes with this board is a very nice quality. The board has 3 removable fins. The front of the fins slides into a notch and the back of the fins are screwed in to provide extra security. The company is wonderful to work with. I had a problem with one of the paddles, I contacted the company and it was resolved within a week. The fact that they not only took care of the problem promptly but did it with kindness was so appreciated by me. I will definitely encourage others to purchase this product. I'm very please, so pleased I have 2 of these boards.”

“We’ve had our Zupapa trampoline for five years and it has gotten a lot of use, especially during the pandemic when daily sports options were limited. After five years of exposure to the elements (including my kids and their friends) we did have a tear in the net and the spring padding had started to fray. I contacted customer service and was able to purchase replacements. The customer service was fantastic, very responsive and super helpful and made the process easy. I communicated with Jenna who was great and proactively checked in with me and made sure I received what I needed.”

“Amazing product! Have had it for 3+ years and then recently realized that it can use a bit of refreshing, so decided to contact Zupapa support team. In no time, thanks to Yummy I got all the parts needed on a reasonable price! Great support, great company, great product! My trampoline is like new and it will be in use for at least 3-4 more years.”

“We purchased the 15 foot trampoline for our daughters for Christmas 3 years ago. This Trampoline is very good quality and has gotten a lot of use! My daugthers (tweens) both practice gymnastics on it and it's large enough for them to practice a variety of different gymnastics skills. The trampoline is designed for safety with the net enclosure and the pad covering the springs, so there is no way for the kids to come in contact with the springs while jumping. The only area for improvement I recommend, would be in streamlining the process to order replacement parts. Highly recommended product!”

“We purchased our 15' trampoline in December 2017 so we have had it for 3.5 years. It has been used almkst daily since then even when it rains and snows. Our net started to get holes and tears as did the pad last year and finally got so bad we needed to replace them. I contacted customer service and Jasmine responded. Let me tell you about Jasmine. She has been super responsive, super easy to work with and has provided us with parts. The net wasn't readily available. She gave us an estimated time and said she would contact us when it came in. We all know how that usually goes (never get notified). However, we got notified ahead of schedule that it was available. We purchased it but found it did not come with the foam inserts for the poles. Jasmine was very accomodating and offered to provide them free of charge. So far we have received the pad. We installed it and it fits perfect with tie-down on both sides to keep gaps spots small. Jasmine has provided tracking for the net and post pads and we expect them soon. Grateful that in today's world I can still get parts for our trampoline for my kids to enjoy. Some notes about durability: 1. The net and pad held up pretty well being in the sun and weather for 3 years straight. The net overall never "closed"very well with the zipper and clasps so we had to fenagle it a bit each time until the zipper broke last year. 2. The ladder rungs are round tube which is a little hard on the feet getting in and out. Wish it had flatter steps for comfort. 3. The clamps for the poles keep coming off despite tightening them down and using lock nuts. I think the flexibg of the frame when jumping and the running into the net causes them to wiggle loose. It almost needs a clasp or something to secure the top clamp to the frame. Maybe an indexed notch or set screw. 4. The pole foam is hard to get installed and stay installed as it slips out. We solved this by installing cable ties just under the bottom of the foam but around the sleeve and pole (like tying off a plastic bag). Overall very satisfied with the trampoline and even more satisfied with the company support after the sale and years down the road.”

“I really appreciate Yummy's (Zupapa brand representative) commitment to excellence. I was able to coordinate with Yummy via email from the website and always received an immediate response in a professional manner. My son and I really love our Zupapa outdoor trampoline and use it all the time...it brings us great happiness! We needed a replacement part and due to the pandemic could not locate it anywhere but Yummy was able to help us.”

“Purchased 3 inflatable paddle boards (two 10 foot and one 11 foot), received them as expected. I did have a problem with one pump but Rainy at Zupapa replaced it with no questions asked. We have used the boards a few times and they perform well. Would recommend them.”
